I recently came across the Outsourcing Jobs blog’s list of 7 ways virtual assistant can revolutionize client’s business. Each of these 7 ways explains a result that a business owner will achieve by hiring a virtual assistant. These are
- A clear understanding of core business tasks
- A better-organized workflow and ability to see the big picture behind all the pesky must-do’s of daily operations
- Freedom to work from anywhere (local Starbucks, your in-laws’ house, or even poolside at an all-inclusive resort) without having to “babysit” employees
- Improved communications skills
- Making money even when not working
- Getting ahead of your competition
- Growing your business faster than you thought was possible
I really like that each of these results represents an added value a virtual assistant brings to the table, apart from simply saving money.
I would add just one more result:
8. Relax knowing that your must-do tasks are getting done on time

Yelena,
These are great value statements, and yes they are meant to justify certain things, but they are also meant to show people the value in hiring a VA.
I also like to refer businesses to http://www.VAnetworking.com, a place where they can get info about hiring a VA, the whys, hows and what to look for so that a business can find someone that is best for them.
It’s another place, other than your own site, that can show them the values of a VA as well.

Kathy, http://www.VAnetworking.com is a very usefull site for both virtual assistants and people who are thinking about hiring them. I am not one of the VAInsiders (those with paid subscription/membership to the site), so I don’t know all the details. But even free registration provides access to lots and lots of information and to many of the Forum discussions.

This is some good information. It is good to get some experience by reading and learning from others.I would suggest the service of Micro tasking VA service, since I have been using the service of Micro tasking(http://www.microtasking.net/ ). It is very useful and efficient. Cost of service is reasonable.
