6 Ways to Use Twitter

Q: I have a hard time coming up with a way to use Twitter in my business.

My least favorite would be a megaphone, but not just any megaphone. The megaphone that annoys the heck out of me is the big loud one with 20-30 tweets a day full of impersonal tips and tricks and unsolicited advice.

My most favorite is the listening device – invaluable for reputation monitoring work.
